Mark Your Calendars! Time for the Bidding, Beverages & Bites Gala, A beautiful Quilt, the Annual Used Book Sale and a free book….maybe……

Once again, the Friends of the Plainfield Public Library District are hosting their annual Bidding, Beverages & Bites GALA. This year is bigger and better than last! The GALA will take place Friday, August 10 at 7:00 pm. (The library is already closed on Friday night). The Adults only party will feature great food from Happy Belly Chefs, beer from Plainfield’s own Werk Force Brewingwine from Wine & Cheese by TCC – all for $25 per person! Tickets available from any FOL Board member or at EVENTBRITE

Music will be provided by Plainfield musician Matt Miller and our entertainer is The Deceptionist, Matthew Redlaw.  Expect a few other surprises for those in attendance.  Don’t forget to take a chance on the handmade quilt – now on display at the library – $5 per ticket or 6/$20.  See any FOL member (or Tracey Lane at the Library) for tickets.
